1. Returns Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items purchased on techntopic.click within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Watches that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
1.2 How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@techntopic.click or call (212) 289-4952. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item. Please include the order number and reason for return in your communication.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Watches that have been worn or used
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or vouchers
2.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or incorrect order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
3.1 Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer support team. If the item is available, we will guide you through the exchange process. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you can return the item following our standard return policy.
6. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy is the same as domestic returns, with the exception that the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and customs fees. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to return items.
